Q: How do I get started?
If you have NEVER entered the Festival before, go to Login, scroll to the bottom and click on "Request New Account" and fill in the information. An email will be sent to that email address shortly. You may have to wait a few hours as the accounts are completed on a first come, first served basis. Also, please read all of the "Rules and Regulations" and for Bands and Choirs ONLY, please refer to the "Video Submission Guidelines" before proceeding.
Q: I have a message "I don't recognize that Name". What do I do?
Please go to Login, scroll to the bottom and Request a New Account.
Q: I got a message "I'm confused. Consider adding your birth date".
There is likely someone in our database with the same name as yours. Adding your birth date in your profile will differentiate you from them.
Q: The message says "Perhaps you need to Request a New Account".
Go to Login, scroll to the bottom to Request a New Account.
Q: Why does it say my account is “locked”?
There have been too many incorrect attempts at logging in. Enter your name and click on "Forgot Password". This will unlock your account and send a new Password to the email address that we have on file for you.
Q: The message is "Are you sure that's the correct password?"
Be sure to use the correct password which we sent to you or that you changed on your profile. Passwords are case sensitive. If you are unsure, click "forgot password" to obtain a new one.
Q: How do I record and submit my video?
For Bands and Choirs ONLY - Please read all of the "Rules and Regulations" as well as the "Video Submission Guidelines" on the website prior to entering.
Q: I want to enter more than 2 classes. How do I do that?
You will have to use a new Entry to enter more than 2 classes.
Q: My "Class" won't "Enter".
Ensure that all required fields are completed, including the Selection Title and Composer.
